Our products satisfy the needs of those folks who must maintain a medically required lifestyle free of WBRO, as well as, those who choose to live a healthier lifestyle or simply enjoy good food. Born from need
Gluten Free and Fabulous Products® is the brainchild of two entrepreneurs: Larry Schneider and Shari Cole. Larry Schneider has 50 years of business experience and is a member of the Celiac Sprue Association, as well as being a Celiac patient.

Shari Cole is an advocate for her autistic daughter who has gluten intolerance issues. She has been successful in changing her daughter's diet and has made a vast difference in both their lives. Now Shari wants to share her successes with other parents. Because of their own personal experiences they are motivated to develop and market tremendous gluten free products that the entire family will love. Gluten Free & Fabulous has many products available including GF Quinoa Pastas, Pizzas, Cookies, with many more amazing products to come!

All the products manufactured are produced in a gluten-free environment to ensure safety. Our package design is hip, innovative, and energetic, and won the 2006 ADDY Award for creative excellence. Celiac Disease afflicts over 4 million Americans and double that are undiagnosed. Double that number have gastrointestinal issues that affect quality of life.
