Gluten Free and Fabulous Products® manufactures food products that are free of wheat, barley, rye, and oats (WBRO). Our products are uniquely tastier than traditional gluten-free foods presently made. Our products satisfy the needs of those folks who must maintain a medically required lifestyle free of WBRO, as well as those who choose our products for other reasons, and for anyone who enjoys good food. All will enjoy what we manufacture!

Born from need
Gluten Free and Fabulous Products® is the brainchild of three entrepreneurs: Larry Schneider, Shari Cole, and Karen Davidson. Karen Davidson, a Food Scientist, had numerous requests for information about gluten-free products. Larry Schneider has 50 years of business experience in insurance, publishing, oil and gas exploration, and is a member of the Celiac Sprue Association, as well as a Celiac patient. Shari Cole has experience in the Hollywood film industry and is also an advocate for her autistic daughter (as there is a link with gluten intolerance and autism). Together we developed and are marketing tremendous gluten free products that the entire marketplace will love. Gluten Free & Fabulous has three products available: Karen’s Krisps® (6.5 oz), Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites® (6.5 oz), and also Macaroni and Cheese (6.5 oz). More amazing products to come!

Our goals
Gluten Free and Fabulous Products® have one thing in mind: quality Gluten Free foods so fabulous that the entire family will want to eat them! Initial products will include Macaroni & Cheese, Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites, and Karen’s Krisps®. All the products manufactured will be produced in a gluten-free environment to ensure safety. Celiac Disease afflicts over 4 million Americans and double that are undiagnosed. Double that number have gastrointestinal issues that affect quality of life. Add to this the profound statistic that every minute a child is diagnosed with Autism and that there is a link to Gluten metabolism and learning/focus issues (UCLA Study 2006)-there is a HUGE opportunity for Gluten Free & Fabulous Products. We have the Seal of Recognition from the Celiac Sprue Association (CSA), the largest association dedicated to finding resources for those that are afflicted with the disease.
