Savory Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients:
2 Packages
Sweet Savory Bites
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped mushroom
2 oz. butter
6 oz Italian Sausage,
casein free
(cooked and drained)
1 tsp. Sage
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 c. Gluten Free
Chicken Broth

Directions:
Sautée celery, onion, mushrooms with butter to desired readiness. Add cooked and drained Italian sausage. Add broth. Combine. In another bowl, crumble Savory Bites slightly, add sage, salt. Add to celery mixture. Pour into baking dish. Bake in oven at 350ºF for 45 minutes or until desired texture. If stuffing a turkey/chicken, double the ingredients. Remove stuffing when turkey/chicken is done.
   
Turkey Verde Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

1 pack Gluten Free & Fabulous Macaroni & Cheese®
1 small can diced green chiles
1/2 cup diced holiday turkey

Directions:
Prepare Gluten Free & Fabulous Macaroni & Cheese®
Add chiles and turkey
Mix and Serve
Prep time: 15 minutes
(turkey time not included)
   

Marinara Bolognese

Ingredients:
2 packages of Gluten Free &
Fabulous Quinoa & Marinara®
1 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion
1 small celery stalk
2 large carrots
olive oil

Directions:
In large pasta pot, boil 1 quart water with 1 Tbsp. oil to prevent sticking. Add both packages of noodles to water (remove marinara packets). Simmer 10 minutes. Drain. Chop
onion, celery, carrot into cubes. Sauté onion with 2 Tbsp. olive oil until translucent, add celery and carrot until slightly cooked. Add ground beef to onion mixture. Cook thoroughly. Remove any excess fat. Add marinara packets to beef mixture. Add 12 oz. hot water. Stir until thickened. Pour over hot quinoa noodles.
   

Chicken Piccata & Marinara

Ingredients:
1 lb. chicken breasts
(scaloppini optional)
1 package of Gluten Free &
Fabulous Sweet Savory Bites®
1 Package of Gluten Free &
Fabulous Quinoa &
Marinara Pasta®
2 eggs
2 lemons
olive oil
capers (small jar)

Directions:
Crush Savory Bites by hand or with food processor into crumbs. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl; set aside. Pound chicken until flattened. Add olive oil to large sauce pan, heat on medium. Dip chicken in egg, then in Savory Bite crumbs, then add to saucepan. Sauté both sides until slightly golden. Squeeze lemon juice over top, then add capers. Serve over Marinara/Quinoa noodles (made using manufacturer’s directions). Serves 2-3 people.
   
Italian Sausage
& Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:

3 packs Gluten Free & Fabulous Macaroni & Cheese®
1/2 pound of Italian sausage,
casing-free, cooked, drained
1 package pre-chopped, blanched broccoli

   
Directions:
Prepare Gluten Free & Fabulous Macaroni & Cheese®. Blanch broccoli. Add cooked casing free Italian Sausage. Add broccoli. Mix together in a 9x13 Pyrex Dish. Put in pre-heated oven at 350 for 20-30 minutes.

Tuna Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:
4 packs Gluten Free & Fabulous
Macaroni & Cheese®
1 large can tuna, drained
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 red pepper
1 package of Gluten Free
& Fabulous Sweet Savory Bites®

Directions:
Prepare Gluten Free & Fabulous Macaroni & Cheese®. Add tuna, celery and red pepper. Mix in a 9x13 Pyrex dish. Crumble Sweet Savory Bites® on top. Put in oven at
350 for 20-30 minutes until Sweet Savory Bites are golden brown.

Add 1/2c prepared salsa to prepared GFF Mac & Cheese.  Serve.
