Laura Figge, Celiac since 2006
"Coming from someone that has Celiac Disease, there are many products on the market that quite frankly don't taste well at all. Over the past two years since I've been diagnosed, it's been a constant trial and error for me searching for products that have certain qualities: good flavor, natural or organic ingredients, low fat, and gluten-free."
"I know that for those with Celiac, this is a routine procedure because each food company is different; what might be great for one Celiac, won't agree with another- everyone's allergies and tolerances are different, along with their taste buds. You try a product and if you don't like it, move on to the next brand next week; it's always the same process. For example, when Whole Foods introduces a new gluten free product, you always try it because it could be the one you've been looking for."
"Gluten Free & Fabulous uses a good combination of ingredients to provide great flavor as well as texture- something that a lot of gluten free cookies don't have (they fall apart, or taste like cardboard). They then drive it home with their gluten free pizzas, which taste amazing and use real cheese- none of that processed stuff. I've had some pretty good gluten-free pizzas, even some that I make from scratch, but the different thing about Gluten Free Fabulous and their pizzas is that they actually remind me of pizza from my "former" life- when I did not eat gluten free. Many Celiac patients, especially beginners, want food that tastes the same as what they've been accustomed to. This is not only beneficial to those with Celiac, but for their friends or family enjoying the pizza with them, even when they don't have to eat GF. The mac and cheese is the same way- it's great for families who might have one Celiac child or Autistic child, and one child who doesn't have anything. The parents can make it and both children will enjoy it."
"That is my personal Celiac opinion on why someone might want to try just one more snack food; it might be the one they have been looking for."

"Gluten Free & Fabulous Pizza is a PIZZA. I cannot tell the difference between a wheat pizza and yours! In fact, I like Gluten Free & Fabulous Pizza better."

"I am not on a Gluten Free Diet, but I just had the most delicious Gluten Free Pizza! In my opinion it was the best pizza I have ever eaten. I am very impressed with Gluten Free & Fabulous Products, and from now on I will only eat Gluten Free & Fabulous Pizzas. The Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites are also outstanding."

"The taste of Gluten Free & Fabulous' pizza sauce is quite incredible and really enhances the flavor of the total pizza, including the cheese and the crust (which was also excellent!). We are really excited to hear that a tasty gluten free pizza product will be coming out, even though we are not on a Gluten & Wheat free diet. Your pizza is a pizza. We liked it!"
Paul L. Nelison, chef at one of California's top, five-star resorts

"I had Gluten Free & Fabulous Pepperoni pizza, but I am not on a Gluten Free Diet. My relatives came for dinner, we ordered a gourmet wheat pizza and my nephew tasted the Gluten Free & Fabulous Pizza. He said 'I will only eat this pizza!' instead of the wheat pizza."
Jeremy, 17 years old
"In the school cafeteria I would definitely buy Gluten Free & Fabulous Pizzas. This pizza is the best pizza I've ever tasted. I do not have Celiac Disease and I do not know what a gluten free diet is."
Trevor Johnson, Food Broker
"When Gluten Free & Fabulous pizzas are compared with one of the top wheat pizzas in the USA, I felt that Gluten Free & Fabulous pizza was SUPREME. The pepperoni on the Gluten Free & Fabulous pizzas was even better. I am not on a Gluten Free Diet."
Elena Brase, Phoenix, Arizona Celiac Support Group:
"I sampled your Krisps at the Celiac National Convention. They were delicious. Have you considered not putting the soy oil in? So many Celiacs also have an allergy to soy and it seems like it would be easy to avoid in your great product. The one we tasted had the nuts and seeds and raisins. It was very good."

My boyfriend Tommy and I decided to top the gluten-free cheese pizza with tomato slices, basil, and red onions. It baked perfectly in the oven and came out tasting delicious! He and I have a weekly tradition of pizza night, where we make our pizza from scratch and the crust comes out very thick which we normally love- however, it was a nice change of pace with the thin crust. It was amazing how similar it tasted to pizza as I remembered it before my gluten-free days. He does not need to eat gluten free but does so when we are together, and he was sold immediately.

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies are fabulous! The Gluten Free Brownie Bites are great! I am not on a Gluten Wheat free diet, but I would purchase these products!
Whole Foods Arizona Customers:
"These chocolate chip cookies are the best!"

"The Karen's Krisps are better then they use to be. I like the herbs."
Lehigh Valley Chapter of CSA:
The chocolate chip cookies ARE fabulous! Can't wait to share them with the group at our meeting. I am also anxious to try the mac & cheese. I'l be in touch.
Rita Malkin, The Gourmet Celiac Group:
I found your Mac & Cheese at Meijer's and it was delicious. Talk about comfort food. It was my first experience with quinoa pasta. Though I've used quinoa as a hot cereal and, occasionally, as an ingredient in my bread flour mix, I'd never tried the pasta, and it was a delightful surprise. I found it far tastier than ordinary rice flour pasta.
Cheryl A. Wilson, President, Southern Arizona Celiac Support Group
I really like the thin crust (it crisps up nicely)—that is a first in GF pizza-dom! When I used to make my own (glutenous) pizzas years ago, I always make NY style (thin), but have not been able to find (or make) that in GF pizzas since. I was also pleasantly surprised at the texture of the crust. I will be looking for the product in my local Fry’s grocery store. I believe it will definitely be competition for every other frozen GF pizza out there!
Robert Leon M.D., GI Doctor, Scottsdale Health Care Hospital:

"The hawaiian pizza looks so delicious! The crust looks perfectly cooked and crispy, unlike the usual "french bread" texture of gluten-free pizzas in the grocery store. I can't wait for more recipes to come! Yum!"

I finally got around to making the pasta and it was delicious!! I was seriously surprised as I've tried all the other brands and you have to drown them in so much sauce to kill the strange taste....not to mention being careful while you stir because they fall apart. I don't even have to eat gluten free pasta, but from now on....I want to!!!

"Last week on a lonely Friday night I took out that pizza and baked it. It really smelled good as it baked and I thought that smells like a real pizza. Then I tasted it. Best dang pizza I have ever had.Best frozen pizza and better than any delivery pizza I ever had."
